What ingredients are in our hot dogs?

The main ingredient is vital wheat gluten, the protein from wheat. There is some soy from miso and soy sauce.

What are our locations and hours?

Being a mobile business we move around all the time. We post our schedule first on the front page of this website. Or follow us on Facebook or Instagram @FranklyPBK where we post our schedule at the beginning of every week.

What items do we make from scratch?

We make our own hot dogs and any other protein that might be on special, Golden cheddar, Queso, Coney (chili) sauce, Mayo, Ranch Dressing, and Russian dressing.

Do we have gluten free options?

Typically our fryer and most sides are gluten free. Same with our cheese sauces and coney sauce. However we do use vital wheat gluten frequently on our trailer and cannot guarantee no cross contamination. We highly recommend you do not eat here if you have a gluten allergy.

Are we available for special events or catering? Can we set up at a suggested location?
