Frankly’s Hot Dog Eating Contest

Our 5th Annual Eating Contest . . .
was an absolute blast. This year we had an extra competition between several representatives of local breweries. They had to finish a Chicago dog and beer as fast as possible. The winner, John from Doc Watson, managed to finish it all in 48 seconds!
For the main event we had 10 competitors attempting to finish 8 hot dogs within 10 min. 1st place went to Lindsay, Kid Radish, who consumed 6 hot dogs and 2nd place went to Jacob Walnut! Thank you to everyone who competed and were such great sports for the entire competition.

What happened last year?
2022 was our 4th annual eating contest since we opened in 2016. First place went to Justin Kindelt, who consumed 7 of the 8 hot dogs in 10 mins. Second place went to Tim, the Jocular Breadbasket who ingested a little over 6 hot dogs in the allotted time. All Contestants showed great enthusiasm and excellent sportsmanship.
